Try to turn it on into DFU mode. If not, take the iPod Touch apart and take the battery and the CMOS battery out. Keep these out for around 30 seconds, put both back in and it should work.

I would definatley NOT open up your ipod, not only will it ruin your warranty, but chances are you could break something else while in there, do you know where the CMOS is? you could pull out the wrong thing and then you'll be no ipod
but yes try DFU mode, and try restoring your ipod !
