Hi, im having some trouble jailbraking my itouch.

See, i download 2.2 Firmware, and installed it on my iTouch.
Now, i went to quickpwn.com and downloaded the quickpwn22-1 application.
It seemed to not work, so i tried the tool on 3 different computers with XP and one more computer with windows vista home premium. Now, this didnt work at all either. I continued to get "This program failed and needs to be closed" or w/e that message is.

Im having a pretty hard time finding out how to jailbreak this thing other than quickpwn.

So thats why i came here.

Do you guys have like a guideline as to what NEEDS to be installed on your PC for this application to run correctly?

I really do need some help on this matter becuase it seems everywhere i go, nothing wants to work.

So please, please, can someone help me with this.

Hey Mr. Happy. Ok, here's what we're going to do. Usually the reason is says that is because the file didn't download correctly. Before I give you instruction on how to get the download again, I would recommend using Internet Explorer. I know, Firefox is preferable to it, and Google Chrome rocks the socks of both the aforementioned, but IE almost always downloads a "good" file in the rare event Firefox or Chrome cannot. Go to the official thread for download on the QuickPWN website and re-download QuickPWN 2.2. In descending order, there's a link for ZShare, Badongo, Rapidshare, and Megaupload. I would recommend using the ZShare first because there are no penalties like Rapidshare or Megaupload, but consider this: Anytime it's a file I really need, I always use Rapidshare to make sure that it download well. You should get a standalone .exe in that download bundle. Run it, and follow the precise directions. Message me if you need any help. Good luck
