The home screen key on my phone stopped working this morning. The only way to navigate through my phone is to turn it off and back on to get into a new app.
I was told to bring it to an apple store because it is still under warranty. However, the phone was hacked a few months back. I know nothing about the process as it was done for me. They used Cydia I believe.
Well I just restored my factory settings in order to bring my phone to be looked at and hopefully repaired. The phone is back to normal expect the former AT&T logo that was in the left hand corner is not back. It still says what I had changed it to when the phone was hacked.
Has anyone experienced something like this? Do I have any options? I have no idea where to begin to remove that and get the AT&T logo back. I obviously can not bring the phone to an apple store until it is completely unhacked.
