Can I go straight from 2.2 to 3.0 ??
I did not do the last upgrade to 2.2.1 I waited!
Is it possible just to go straight to 3.0 with no problems? and also the exact link would be great as there seems to be hundreds!!! Keep up the good work!

Yes, no problem.
Regarding to the right FW, there is a thread in the general section with direct links to every single FW released by Apple. You'll find it there. Good luck!
