i have a real major problem !! and i dunno whats wrong :S !!

i have a Modem Firmware 2.28 with a bootloader 5.09 and Yellowsn0w wont work with me ... everytime i run the mobile Terminal and type
yellowsn0w the terminal Halt .. and it wont unlock ... am really confused i have a 2.28 modem but i still cant unlock why is that ??

please help and tell me whats my exact problem is it the bootloader version ? does it have to do anythin with my big failures to unlock :S

just make sure that you do it right.
- Run Cydia
- download yellowsnOw.

dude i already have Yellowsn0w 0.9.8 but it's not working ..

i have activated and jailbreaked iphone .. modem 2.28 and when i try to work with yellowsn0w it's just "invalid sim card" ... and running yellowsn0w -s or yellowsn0w -t halts the mobile terminal ??

You do not have to run any command in the terminal. First of all, your SIM must have the PIN disabled; yellowSn0w does not work with PIN enabled SIMs. Then install YellowSn0w from Cydia and, if it does not work, try to reset Network settings.

how about we all send emails or call AT&T customer service and demand custom pricing plan ?
After a week or more ? they should give it right ?

if i am not wrong.. i think your issue is the bootloader which is 5.9... i maybe wrong but you need 5.8 so yelowsn0w can be passed through the bug in 5.8... so you maybe SOL if i'm correct..

i guess it's the bootloader too because i dont have a pin code on my SIM and i can even use the Yellowsn0w in any method ... i tried them all nothing works ...

I'm 99.8% sure its the bootloader

so this 0.2% can it be a hardware problem ?
