Well after a couple of weeks of installs, reinstalls and mindless earching for kexts and fixes i pretty much have my Samsung NC10 Netbook fully operational.

What Works:
Lan - with extra kext
Video - with extra Kext supporting correct res and QE and core display
WiFi - replaced with dell so works OOTB
Sleep - Works fine sleeps and wakes up no problem.
USB - fixed with updated system.kext as was different version to kernel

Now after all my hard work i started to install some apps and found taht i need to be at 10.5.8 to install the iphone SDK... *SIGH* so with this brings a couple of questions...

Can i safly update using the software update function on the mac or do i need some sort of hacked update? Is there any way i can backup my entire osx86 hard disk so if anything goes wrong i can get back to where i am now?

I guess im just scared of getting back to square one with most things not working again lol...
