WEP Hex passwords.
I used BackTrack 3 (BT3) to crack my neighbor's (they have Comcast) WEP password. I can connect using it in BT3 but not in mac. I've tried appending 0x 0X $ and # to the beginning, but nothing is working. They are 26 characters.

hax0r, if you already crack their pass, should work without problem, did you try in windows just to test?

Yes. I've tested them on two different Windows systems. Linux systems work too. I got a new kext. When I go back home I'll see if it works. My home password is 10 characters (hex), the one's I'm getting are 26 and they don't work. The 10 char. works.

I used to have a Intel/PRO 3945a/b/g but now I have Atheros AR5007 (a/b/g I think (you have to use KisMAC to make it work))

The 1st one dont have full support, second one have some issues, someone report this:

I just boot with -f. Do the KisMAC and I'm done. But I can connect. Just not to the 26 char wep hex ones.

Eh will need to buy a USB wifi thingy with OSX support there lots of them in the HCL, some of them are about $10, they work otb and... airport support ;P
