update XP sata/ide/AHCI
Hello,
I have a win XP home on one drive. It was installed with the BIOS SATA-IDE mode. To install leopard10.5.8(itakos v7) on a new drive i had to change the BIOS to SATA-AHCI mode. I can't load the windows in SATA-AHCI mode, only at SATA-IDE which then of course the Leopard isn't working. How can I update the XP to work in AHCI mode? I have an Intel e6600, Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 LGA 775 and ICH8R southbridge. Thanks, Arnon

Theres guides around to edit some registers in XP to make work with AHCI or Just install XP in ACHI ;P
