Question Dual boot a Dell Mini 10v with OS X and Windows 7 - Easy! Right?!

Hi All

I'm going through a fair amount of self-loathing writing this, because I do my best not to be a n00b. On this occasion, I fail.

I've just got a Dell Mini 10v. Aside from the crappy trackpad, I love it. I have the 160gb HDD version with Unbuntu installed. I want to clean it of Linux and dual boot with Mac OS X Leopard and Windows 7. All I have at my disposal are USB sticks, an XP desktop and the Dell itself - no Mac, no external drive.

Is there an easy guide I can use to do this? I'm overwhelmed, and I'm not technically illiterate but this has me stumped. There are anguish's video guides but these are lengthy and don't tell me what I need to have in advance. Without knowing, it only gets more confusing.

If I have to follow more than one guide to do this then I really don't mind (nice of me, huh?) but at this point I feel like I'm trying to do too many things at once with nothing easy to follow.

Do I install Windows 7 first? Mac OS X? What's the best way to partition it? Do I do that first? I really do need a guide from scratch, and like I say, I'm ashamed to ask but hope you can help.

Can you help? I thank you in advance for your reply.
