Default How to dual boot Windows 7 and Leopard using EasyBCD (Using iAtkos v7i)

Ok here's a little guide on how to dual boot Windows 7 and Leopard. (I used iAtkos v7)

What you need:
a) Leopard DVD.
b) Windows 7 DVD.
c) EasyBCD 2. (Link included, scrool down)

Now lets start.

1) Install Windows 7.
If you already got it installed, then you dont need to reinstall it.

2) Install Leopard.
Well, theres plenty of guides on how to do this.
Use any of them.

3) Make windows partition active.
Once you installed Leopard reboot with the DVD in the drive.
Press F8 while at Darwin Boot Loader, type -s and press Enter.

Type the folowing commands:

fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0
flag 1
quit
reboot

Now remove the DVD from the drive.

4) At this point you will need the Windows 7 DVD.
Insert the Windows 7 DVD in the drive and boot from it.
Chose the lagnuage settings and then click Next.
Chose Repair at the bottom.
It should print you with a windows telling that it found some boot error.
And it asks you to Reboot the PC to fix it.
Press Reboot.

Now you should be able to boot into Windows 7

5) Install EasyBCD.
Now you need EasyBCD 2. (I used the Beta version)
You can get it over _this_ thread.
Install and launch it.
Go to Add/Remove Entries and select the Mac tab at the bottom.
It will look like this:

Keep the default settings and press Add Entry.

All done. Now reboot and chose the OS you want to Boot.

Thank you very much for this tutorial -
its make me want to use the EasyBCD to do this.

Could I trouble you to explain what each of the terminal commands are, so I can learn both what & why I'm doing?

I'm to think that the Leo install did change the 7's files,
so we must change them again to see everybody's OS ?

I know many only care HOW to do a thing,
I would surely like to understand the more so I can soon help others too.

Best Regards,
t.

I have a question.

Instead of Booting the drive and doing it the hard way.

Can you install OS X First, then Windows on the free space, which makes it the primary boot, and then install EasyBCD and configure mac to dual boot?

Will the commands in this section any different if Leopard is installed on Disk 1 and Windows 7 is installed on Disk 0?:

"Type the folowing commands:

fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0
flag 1
quit
reboot

Now remove the DVD from the drive."
