I would not take a Tagan power supply as I had 2 and they both failed and I was later told in a hardware store they over rated the power a bit and they were not as powerful as claimed to be. Whether that is true or not I do not know but I recently used a Thermaltake which is great.
ATI cards may not have Apple support lasting as long as Nvidia which is another point to consider. Gigabyte mainboards are also better than Asus in my opinion having built many PC's over the years. However you should be fine with Asus I think. Good Luck |

There used to be a guide to do it on Wikipedia but is not up there anymore (no idea why?) and I considered it but it is nigh on impossible unless you are a very very advanced user. It involves knowing the command line very well in Linux and Apple. It is easy to make a mistake. For the quad boot job the best tool to use is GPARTED an advanced sort of partitioning tool. You must change the boot flag options several times as you install each OS. One little mistake and the whole job is finished and you must start again. I would go for either a few hard disks and selecting which one to start in the bios or removable drives. That way you get the same thing more or less and much easier. I tried and I could not do it. I am a pretty advanced computer user as well. Good luck.

Yes that is it. I could not find it anymore I guess I was looking at the wrong website.
I think the hardest part will be installing OSX it is not a normal install like a real OSX install. Iatkos was the one I used and you must check your hardware for which is acceptable and easiest with which drivers here: Main Page - OSx86 and this may be of use to you also. Hackintosh Search good luck again.... |
