Default VMWare Fusion Noob Question

Hi everyone, I would like to learn some thing today. After a success installation of iATKOS v5i, include all official apple update, and with full QE/CI support without external display and safe mode, I want to try a new thing.

I have a Vista. I wish that I could run both at the same time in Mac. Since I have already installed Vista long before hackintosh, I do not know how to use Parallels Desktop. After I read a guide somewhere that teach how to use a VMWare Converter on Vista then install the Fusion on Mac or sort, I have a question.

1, Can I use it as a replacement to search for drivers? This is because neither my Webcam (Internal USB, Logitech) nor Internal Headphones and Mic works (Intel High Definition Audio, but Onboard Speakers works right after installation)

Both unworking devices works in Vista. So can I just use VMWare to use Webcam and using internal headphones while I am instant messaging (Anyway the Mac counterparts are most likely weak in features, other than iChat which I do not use since neither of my friends uses it, though!)
