I am posting this because I was having problems getting the time to sync between my Windows 7 and OS X installs in my dual boot setup. After some research I found that this fix was the easiest and best fix. The only problem is that I could not find a link for the file anywhere. After some IRC help I cam across the file. I am posting it here to help others that have the same annoying problem.

If there was a reason that this file was so hard to find, or if the publisher would rather it not be shared publicly, just PM me and I will remove it from my server and delete the thread.

This file was taken from a IPC distro. I have renamed the file. I loaded it myself and can attest to ir running on my iATKOS 10.5.6 machine. Run the file on the OS X side of things and the time sync problem should be gone.
