Default iATKOS 5.5 install fails for Vista dual boot

Hi, I have followed the guide, created a space on my HDD for the install by using diskpart and that went fine. I then got a copy of iATKOS 5.5 and burnt that at x2 speed and all seemed ok.
Booted up with that disc got to the F8 prompt and then -v;

Text scrolled for about 4 seconds then stops at:

“BSD process name corresponding to current thread: kernel_task

Mac OS version:
Not yet set

Kernel version:
Darwin Kernel Version 9.1.0: Sat Nov 17 02:56:34 SCT 2007; made by ToH:xnu-1228.0.2-1/BUILD/obj/RELEASE_I386″

And then nothing, it hangs. No reboot, nothing except power button. I have noticed this problem has been asked on a few other pages but with no obvious response. To top it all off now my windows will not boot either.

I have a Samsung R700 laptop with Vista home premium and Intel centrino

Any help guys?
