hey.

i actully have got around to installing mac for my girlfriend. everything went ok i think. but now when i load it up i get to the bootloader. load the mac os and i get the mac apple sign and a little thing spinning around under neath the apple. that spins twice and then stops and my screen turns off my hdd is still read the information i just do not have any video is it posable for anyone to help me?


i used the ideneb v.1.5.1 (10.5.7)
the computer i have installed it on is an acer 6935G

here are the specs.
core 2 duo 2.0
4gb ddr3
nvidia 9600gt 1gb ram
ac97 audio card
intel wireless 5100

Try to move your DVI cable to the other DVI connector on your GPU. My previous iATKOS install has the same symptom, monitor will just sleep if I used the wrong connector.

it is a laptop i am trying it on. i am going to try another distro. the only other connection i have is hdmi out. i dont fancy having to connect it to an external display everytime i want to use it. i have changed the kernal and graphices.
