Default Dual Monitors with HD4850

Ok so after tons and tons of research, trial and error and no sleep I got Mac Os installed on my pc. Everything is running great. I have it dual booting With windows 7 and the only thing left is audio and dual display support. I can care less about audio. Anyways I got my drivers installed for my HD 4850 video card. See below. The problem Im having is that I can not change the arrangement of my monitors. In fact it doesnt even detect my other monitor yet its on and mirroring everything on the first monitor. When I unplug the first monitor then the name of the display goes to VGA Device or some such. When I put the PC to sleep and wake it up the second monitor never comes back up. Even if I click detect monitors I cant get MacOS to recognize it. Any ideas? These monitors are both exactly the same and both work fine in Windows.
