Hi guys,

This is a very interesting forum! I am new here and this is my first post. I did a search on the forum on installing Mac OSX on Toshiba but i did not find right info. I read in some place that the best way not to screw up my notebook is to install the right stuff at the beginning.


So here are my questions

1 - What should be my DVD distribution based on my Toshiba 300 Notebook configuration? I get confussed with so many different variants as Kalyway, iDeneb or iPC OSx86, I don´t know which is the right one for my notebook.


2 - Is there any "safe" place to download the update iDeneb or Kalyway. I suppose, Pirate Bay.



3 - Which things should be careful when configuring the OS for Toshiba Satellite 300? By the way, is there any similar configuration to this post before? If it that so, could you send me the link? I did a search but i did not find the right info on a Toshiba Satellite 300.


I have a notebook, Toshiba Satellite A300-1MS.

Intel® | Mobile Intel® GMA 4500M.

Network Support
Realtek 10/100 base -tx.

Wireless Technology:
Wireless LAN - Realtek 13 ch-rtl 8187b (I think)



4 - Is it a different install if i want a Dual Boot?
