Default problem installing

hey icchansan-
we exchanged a few posts a week or two ago and I finally got around to trying your suggestions but ran into a few problems. First of all, my hp pav elite has a nvidia GTS 250 graphics card, which I don't think is supported (which I didn't realize at first). Should I try one of the other nvidia EFI strings that came on iatkos v5i or should I select all of them or none of them or am I just screwed here? Also, after I selected the customization options (I just chose all of the EFI strings for the hell of it), it said it was checking the install disk and it said that the install files weren't good and that I should clean the disk and try again, should I try burning it again slower on another dvd? Also, does it need to be on a dvd or will a cd work? Thanks for all your help!
Brendan

Weird, try this... install again without select video...
Post installation try with this:
9f9installer.rar
Install the main package and Efi Studio, add efi strings to your Display and LAN and reboot.

Dont select any video with iAtkos v5i, if it doesnt boot after installation try with safe mode and install your video drivers, I think this thing has support, well check netkas site for it, it say nvidia 2xx support @.o, even in nvidia site theres video drivers for OSX. Dont scare me, cuz I want a video card like this for my new system XD

Btw I think iAtkos v7 has support in the customize part for this video, not sure, never try

Good luck you guys

Installed iAtkos v5i successfully and added osx to the windows bootloader using easyBCD, but when I try to boot into osx the computer just restarts, even when I enter the cpus=1 -v-x command string. Any ideas? Thanks again

I downloaded the RealtekR1000 drivers and added the efi strings as per these instructions, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbNMLrv0rtk, yet I continue to get the shutdown issue. What do I do now? I own an HP Pavilion Elite m9150f.

Edit: Okay, nevermind, you wanted me to add the efi strings to the Enternet. How do you do that exactly?

Also, sorry for the double post, but is it possible to make the front microphone and headphone jacks work?

To add Efi strings to your LAN, Open Efi Studio, Select Ethernet, press Add Device, then Write to com.apple.Boot.plist then reboot

It should fix your shut down issues, are you on 10.5.8, right?

About your audio, try this, go to system preferences, then audio, select input tab and change your input.

This is a dual boot issues, I never tried to this, try asking in the dual boot section, theres a guide there using EasyBCD and using Chameleon 2

Hello Everyone....i need help if you can so kindly lend me a hand it would be greatly appreciated, iv'e been searching and asking people that have had the same dalemma as i and none have responded to my inquaries....its sad that the same people who once cried out for help ignore the ones that are now in the same position as they once were.
I've downloaded and succesfully installed IAtkos 5i 10.5.5 and my dual booting options are apprent and working perfectly but my install doesnt seem to load past the apple logo screen which i've figured is a what you call a kext panic....yes i am a newbie but quick to learn. I have a hp pavilion m9340f and yes i know there are a quite a few others that have my system but none of them like to respond... anyways what i would like to know is what should i do....should i reinstall iatkos with different customize settings or will that do me no good considering the fact that i have a nvidia geforce 9500GS. Im sitting here wondering and for the past few days at that but how would one go about updating certain drivers in the Mac Os?? any feed back would be greatly appreciated
