Thanks icchansan and forrestsun for replying! In installed a retail copy of Leopard, 10.5.6. And, actually, after I posted yesterday, I read a few more posts here and managed to get audio working from some kexts icchansan posted earlier. I tried the LAN driver forrestsun posted but my internet is still dead (my ethernet light is green all the time). I even double checked the wires and still no luck. My main priority is the internet since typing on a little netbook is not as fun as my full sized keyboard *continues to look around for solutions*, please let me know if you guys have any more ideas to solve my internet issue. Thanks.

Check in the advanced tab in the BIOS, try with disabled or enabled, report back your results ;P

and you also try to boot in force mode ;D

This is on 10.5.6 but the same driver (as I posted before, from Tagura) also worked on 10.5.8. I had the driver installed in the extensions folder, not the extra folder of the chameleon partition.

Now I am settling down on 10.5.6 retail as I couldn't get sleep to work on 10.5.8. There is now a sleepenabler on Insanelymac here
[Guide] Vanilla Retail 10.5.7 with Chameleon v2 RC2 for Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L (Optional update to 10.5.8) - InsanelyMac Forum
But I have not tried it. Let me know if you find out sth.

Default Problem with bios back up apparently. - Hp a6433w

Yes I followed your instructions and tried my best to back up my orignal bios file. But I think i did it wrong because the afuwin isnt loading the rom file to reflash it. Would anyone happen to have the same Hp a6433w model that I do, and If so can you make me a back up of the bios correctly? *cries*

Whats your Motherboard model? What OS are you using to MOD your BIOS? did you remember to run as administrator? to backup your BIOS just need to press save, like a doc file.
