We recently experinced numberus joins of bots which seem to belong to some kind of trojan botnet. They did nothing special beside idle around but were quite anoying. Please report to an admin if you see joins of multple user with names like a1234 or similar again. Thanks!

If you got banned today by accident, with a mesasge you beeing a bot, abre with us, we needed to get rid of this bot stuff again. Everybody who has been glien by accident has been freed now.

Hey Sam, I know that it would cause a fair amount of disruption but, why not just setup a ketword authorization on the channel. You could blanket PM all members here with the keyword, then would that not eliminate the bots. Correct me if I'm wrong, I've never used IRC, but I intend to start.
