I notice that Thinksecret's last Leo gallery is still up here:
http://www.thinksecret.com/archives/...410/index.html That implies to me that Apple is choosing who they pursue, perhaps in an attempt to 'scare' the OSX86 community. A somewhat heavy-handed strategy IMHO. One question I'd like to ask regards the legality of photographs; in British law, you have the right to photograph whatever you like so long as you're not committing trespass, and you always own the copyright to photos you've taken by default. So perhaps, if the situation is anything like this in the the rest of the world, specifically Norway where this site is hosted (and how would the paparazzi survive if it weren't?) we could avoid the whole problem by posting photographs taken with a camera rather than screenshots? |

The screenshots shown there are objected to the none disclosure license of Apple Inc.
