Which Distribution to use?

Hey all,
I'm a complete noob with Hackintosh's. I need some advice on which Distribution to use. Here are my specs:

Make: Sony
Model: PCG-FR495EP
Type: Laptop
Processor: Intel Celeron 2.80Ghz
RAM: 512MB
HDD: 40GB
Monitor: 15.0" TFT

If you need anymore info please ask for it.
