Hoping this will work this time
Hi, originally installed OSX Tiger on my pc which i got mostly running and want to get leopard up and running now on my machine. I remember last time it took quite an effort to get it up and running so i would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me if the configuration below would work and if so with which distro?
Intel 2.4GHZ Core 2 Duo E6600 Asus P5W DH Deluxe 2GB PC2-6400 DDR2 Ati Radeon HD 4870 D-Link DWA-552 XtremeN Wifi Card Logitech Quickcam Ultra Vision Plextor DVDR PX-716A I tried searching on a lot of the components and didnt find much. Also the one thing i remember is that i couldnt get the monitor resolution to 2560x1600. Is that supported now? thx Last edited by s.newave; 03-30-2009 at 05:36 AM.

Can someone tell me if it is possible to upgrade my existing Tiger (10.4.8) installation to Leopard (Kalyway 10.5.2)? Currently the system will not boot because i upgraded the video card i suspect.
If it isnt possible to upgrade from Tiger to Leopard is there a way to get the ATI Radeon 4870 working in Tiger? thx
