Default compiling openiboot

has anyone on ubuntu 8.10 succeeded in compiling openiboot??

i always get "8900.h:2:25: error: openssl/aes.h: no such file or dir"

Just gessing but did you apt get openssl-dev to have the headers?

i had it on the last distro, but im trying a better distro--- ok it compiles openiboot but now it messes up with the client...
which im fixing by finding the -dev packs so i think im good

im trying to compile the newest commit and i get an error

i am pretty sure i have all the dev libraries to compile but it thows that error

also i tried building the toolchain on another machine running ubuntu (use to work right) now it always fails at newlib

talk to musclenerd on #iphone on irc. (use the big chat on irc button at the top of this window and the type /join #iphone)
