It' seems that the lawsuite Apple vs. Psystar, nicely called Psycrap among the OSX86 community, is going a strange direction towards a Alternative Dispute Resolution. This non binding arbitration solution, where a third party will review their arguments and decide what to do might bring this battle to a unexpected end for any of the parties but save their monies from beein bruned in court far lawyers and friends.
Did psystar relize their chance is not that great to win this fight against the world biggest fruite company or did they just think Apple will go down here? Nobody knows yet, but from the viewpoint of saving costs, it looks like the cheap party along here is the clone company, as we know from the past, apple does not really care on costs in court to save their monopoly on hardware/software sale.
Did they just got wet pants or is it all about tactics? I guess we will see shortly. Psycrap vs. Apple stays interesting anyhow. So let's see what comes next.
