For windows try here.

But far better to check on the Dev Team blog before upgrading!

I can't even see my Mac Drive.

Apperently i wasn't suppose to type in spaces!

What can I do to log back into Leopard?

What happens when you boot your macbook pro with the option key held down?

It should allow you to select the OSX drive

Edit:

And as pconde said, if that doesn't work you could try holding down the C key and booting from the DVD

I tried holding the option key and it just went automatically into Windows partition.

By booting from the Leopard DVD you mean I should format the drive and do a clean install of Leopard???

From the dvd you can get to Disk Utilitys to try some repair options.

But if you have everything you need backed up somewhere I would consider restoring simple because its going to be hard to workout what files you have changed by mistyping the terminal commands.
