Hi guys,

I've got a 3G iPhone locked on a Swiss operator, running on 2.1.
I've downloaded the latest version of QuickPwn yesterday, ran it, choosed the 2.2.1 firmware from my Apple folder, and the process got stuck at "Waiting for iPhone to launch in recovery mode".
Since then, my iPhone was stuck in Recov mode (not DFU) and I could not do anything to get it out of there.
The PC didn't recognize the iPhone anymore, no way to restore thru iTunes.

Note: I had forgotten to install the latest version of iTunes before QuickPwn !

The only solution at this point is to download iRecovery, launch the installer for the libs, execute "iRecovery.exe -s" in CMD, and then execute the fsboot command. Wait a few seconds and your iPhone will be back to normal !!

Latest version of Quickpwn 2.2.5 is working only if the iPhone is at firmware 2.2.1 - as far as I know.
Are you a legit user?? With a contarct?? If so just install iTunes 8.0.2 and restore to Apple firmware 2.2.1 first. Then do whatever you are up to.
If you dont have a contract and want to use the yeallowsn0w unlock, restore the iPhone to firmware 2.2 (NOT 2.2.1) get PwnageTool 2.2.5 and create a custom firmware 2.2.1. Use iTunes then to apply it in DFU mode.
