Default iPhone3G activation with lockdown

I have iPhone3G bought in France (Orange network), so it's NOT AT&T.

When I used quickpwn (or pwnage) to activate it, it did, I didn't get "connect to iTunes" screen and could use programs. However, the phone part was dead (got only .... in upper left) for any card (original orange and piggybacked any other).

When I didn't activate it through quickpwn, but instead activated it via original SIM, phone is working OK.

I guess that quickpwn/pwnage somehow patch the phone for AT&T activation, but that works only on US models.

Anyhow, since I activated it via original SIM and everything functions as it should, I would like to know could I somehow save this state and use it later after restores?

I mean, I found Lockdown folder on my phone, it has the following items in it:
activation_records
pair_records
data_ark
device_private_key
device_public_key

I presume this is the part that's been put here by original activation. Is it possible that I just save this folder, and that later when I restore and quickpwn jailbrake+activate, I just copy this folder over existing one (presumably AT&T activation lockdown put by quickpwn) and that I end up as being activated with original SIM?

Does anybody know is it possible just to copy over existing lockdown folder or not?

Thanks

You could just restore with this custom firmware this firmware dosn't need to be activated.
Admin edit: **No links to custom IPSW here**
