Question QuickPwn Restoration problem

Prior to restoring my iPhone, I had categories and Poof installed; I chose to hide most of my icons in order to organized my icons into foloders. These included the settings program, mobile finder, and many more.

I had to restore my phone because I was having trouble syncing, once restoring I re-jailbroke my iPhone and to my surprise I was not able to get to my settings icon or many other programs including finder or poof.

Even after I installed them.

This is what is displayed on my phone as of now:

what are my options?

DFU restore to Apple stock firmware 2.2.1 (you are on a 2G iPhone, right).
Use QuickPwn/PwnageTool to jailbreak, activate, unlock
Once connected to iTunes the first tim choose "setup as a new iPhone) and NOT "restore data from a backup".

You'll loose some data (sms and call history ...) but the iPhone will work then. Restoring will give back outdated plist files that acuse the trouble you are having.

Settings ->General->restrictions->Enable restrictions
turn everything on. Should help.

Look on iClarified.com for the tutorial that shows you how to put your phone in DFU mode then restore in iTunes as volkspot said.
