Hello, my friend gave an iphone that is locked to emergency screen. Now i need to restore it fresh and unlock it with quickpwn...but problem is i dont know which version the phone is originally on. It could be 1.02 or maybe some other version. If it is on 1.02 it needs to be virginized but im not sure which version the phone is on?
Please guide me...

Use iLiberty to just jailbreak and activate the iPhone, you'll see then.

I used liberty, now the phone is in recovery mode and the "go for it" button in ilberty is greyed out...help

iLiberty has a command to kick the iPhone out of recovery.

Its ok, i restored to 2.2 and jailbreaked it with quickpwn, now everything ok....thanks though
