after i jailbreaked my iphone i can still see it on itunes but can not transfer songs, i have tried open ssh but didn't have any luck connecting with that, maybe due to me having cable internet and no wireless who knows but is there a way to fix itunes so i can transfer stuff again like normal?

You are saying you cant sync the iPhone but see it in iTunes? You dont need SSH to transfer music.

i can sync my phone/back it up, i just cant transfer anything onto it eg music/vids etc

Sorry to say so but IMHO what u r saying is quite illogical. When u sync it means u r exchanging data between 2 devices. You should be able to transfer back and forward

all good, under my device i clicked "manually manage music" and i got a pop up saying its not set for that itunes or whatever... all fixed
