By mistake when i was at my shop a girl came in and asked me if i can install for her installer on the IPHONE 3G i said ok i opened to remove the Turbo sim i couldnt find any.

i asked her how this phone is working she said, i brought it fro italy like this u can put any sim card it worked. can anybody tell me how is that made. cause i dont want to screw it to her and jailbrak it and in that case the thing in it doesnt work. can anybody help me plz .

Jailbreak it as if it is an iPod Touch. This Italian iPhone 3G's unlock state will not be affected as a result of jaibreaking the device. The lock state and tables are well within the phone in the seczone, a place you should only look around in if you are an expert. And I don't think we can even access this on iPhone 3G yet (correct me if I am wrong).

If you are ever wishing to hack this iPhone, make sure that all you do is add installer/cydia and nothing else. Anything else is probably related to unlocking and activating, something this phone does not require.
