Question Winpwn Error

I am trying to jail break a 3G iPhone with winpwn and I keep on getting this error. See link: http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f1...inpwnError.jpg

How do I fix this?

Thanks.

Hard to say without more nformation, but maybe your ipsw file is corrupted. Try downloading it again.

To check if it's corrupted, rename the extension to "ZIP" and then, open it with winzip. If it fail to open or extract, it's corrupted.

Good luck. BTW, I'm moving this thread to the WinPwn 3G section

Question

Hi, I needed to have said, the phone did not get this error when the custom frimware was being installed. It happened when I place the phone i DFU mode and it was being Pwnage. So It failed to Pwnage.

Any suggestions.

But what really happened before was:
1. I put it in DFU mode then use itunes to load custom firmware. I did not Pwnage it first (first 3G iPhone I am Jail Breaking).
2. I then place my sincard in with simcard adapter and it worked on my network, but the problem was only the keypad was accessable, no icons.
3. I then decided to do the Pwnage thing and it failed, so I put an uncustomize firmware back on it to start the process from scratch.
4. It did not work. As seen in pic on link.

So that's what really happened.
