Ive managed to do it using this:

It worked but the problem is I see only 13.18 G out of 16G capacity. After I choose a normal restore in iTunes (my phone doesnt need activation) I see only 14.64G.

I kinda need it back to 16G any idea what to do?

The custom fw was taken from a german ftp site, I dont have the link here unfortunatelly.

As far as I know, that's just fine. My iPhone 3G, rigth out of the box was only 14,44 GB, before doing anything

as far as I remember it should say 16G in the "capacity" field

If I remember correctly isn’t the starting capacity connected on the size the partition was set to in the custom firmware build with pwnage/winpwn

This time I've done it using this and I didnt use a custom fw dwlded from somewhere. I didnt set any partition sizes during the process..

Just so you know that isn't the official quickpwn site

Well after using that guide the phone has the size you see in the screenshot, and its actually the same size I get if I just restore the official fw, no jailbreak.

This one is jailbreaked though, and it works. If you disregard the size issue ofc.

No I don’t disagree with the capacity shown its is about normal

I was only pointing out the Custom ipsw build may affect the total capacity.

14.6GB is normal for all 16GB phones. After the root partition, etc, thats what you have left.

If you increase the root partition size in PwnageTool / WinPwn, youll get proportionately lesser in your Custom IPSW.
