I've got a few iPhones that I need to pwn, but already have the firmware - is there anyway in WinPWN that I can just pwn the phones to use with the custom firmware? Or do I have to go through the steps everytime and create a new .ipsw?

once you have createsd an ispw that works. then you just need to pwn the other phones, and then you can restore to that custom ispw!

You have to use iPwner in Winpwn once to pwn iTunes - you probably already did the first time.
You do have a custom firmware file you want to use on all your iPhone
Just put each iPhone into DFU mode and shift-restore in iTunes to the custom firmware - noo need to use Winpwn again

one note: an iPhone that has already been pwnaged (and you want newer firmware via a custom fw on it), are not to be put into DFU mode, just put them in simple restore/recovery mode.

I have already pwned my itunes with previous version of winpwn, should i need to pwned again with the version 2.5 in order to load 2.0.2 firmware?

good question, I am having the same problem. With winpwn 2.004 all I did was create a custom fw that would work for several iphones but with the new winpwn 2.5 it seems each time I wanna pwn I have to go through the whole process of first creating a custom fw and then using itunes again for each iphone. Any experts got any advice??

You don't need to re-pwn again. Once pwned you can restore any custom firmware. But you need a _custom_ firmware if you restore with a original firmware your pwnage is gone and you need to repwn.

the pwn has to be done with the new version or it can be done with old one?
this is to install 2.0.x or 2.x firmware

Once its pwned, its pwned so its equal what custom firmware you try to install. You only need to pwn if its not already pwned from older attempts.
