Hold Home button and Start/Stop for 30-60 seconds and the iPhone should reboot (show the Apple logo). Let go of both buttons then.

maybe you can use iLiberty+ there is a menu to jump out of DFU mode and it always work for me

sometimes even after pressing home button + on/off button and restart it still in DFU state, using iLiberty+ works also to make it jump out to normal mode

Run quickpwn, it will detect your phone and ask you to hold home and power buttons for 15 seconds, just do it. After release the buttons press power button again for 2 seconds. Your iphones should be working! goodluck
