Ok so i successfully jailbroke my phone and have cydia and downloaded the NES app however there isnt any games on it so im wondering of someone to help me out with getting some games.....and i have already downloaded some roms i just need help getting them on my phone....PLEASE! and i apologize if this post is in the wrong section i just signed up for the forum

well, first the Rom you have to find it yourself (due to the rule in this forum). If you already have some roms in your computer. Then go to google.com and type winscp <<<download winscp. After you finish winscp. You will see something like "Host Name, Username and Password"
it go in order like this:
Host Name: your iphone ip address ( connect with your own wifi and go to general and check the ip)
Username: root
Password: alpine

don't hit "login" yet. In your phone go to Cydia and install "Open SSH".

Wait a little bit and hit "login" in Winscp.

now, go to Nes application and you'll see the directory. /var/mobile/ROMs <<<something like this. If "ROMs" directory doesn't exits right click and create new Dir there. After everything finish. Drag all the roms you have in your computer to the new folder....after finish you can play your famous nes games. Good Luck. if you still have question let's me know.
