[2.0.1] Restoring an already unlocked phone
Quick question that I can't seem to find the answer to using the search.
If I have a 2G phone running 2.0.1 that has already been jailbroken/unlocked/everything using Winpwn 2.5, what's the procedure for restoring the phone? I want to maintain the unlock and jailbreak, I just want all the data on the phone removed - ie I want to start fresh. Do I use the same custom firmware file? Do I create another, omitting the unlock option?

You can use the same custom ipsw regardless of the unlock status
Just shift & restore with it in itunes
