run virginiser first ( add i.unlock.no to installer) then u can go straight to 2.0.x

I've seen mixed reports on this being necessary. I have a 1.0.2 phone with a broken installer.... so, no easy way to virginize it. I've been trying to repair the installer, but was wondering if I could just bypass it.
