Question about custom bundles in Pwnage tool
If one makes a custom bundle that contains, for example, a new UIDefaultformats.plist file, since that file already exists on the phone, would the bundle replace the file when unpacked?
Also, if the last (innermost) folder on a bundle is empty, but no such folder exists in the Iphone firmware, i.e. a "Documents" folder, would unpacking the bundle create said folder, empty, or not at all?

The bundle should replace the file.
