Which one of these computer is better for 10.6?

The first one is:
ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe
Intel Prescott 3.0Ghz
2GB RAM
WD 160GB HDD
nVidia Geforce 7600GT 256mb

The second one is:
Biostar X58 TPower
Intel Core i7 920
3GB DDR3 OCZ Gold
WD 500GB
nVidia Geforce 9600GT 512mb

I want to install on one of these the new 10.6, and I want to know which one is better? (Got more drivers and less problems).
