Trouble DLing from Appstore?

I recently tried to update and app, and when I do I get the following:

iTunes Terms & Conditions have changed Before you can proceed you must read & accept the new Terms & Conditions

I push "OK" but nothing happens. I also spent about a half hour just trying to search for it but found nothing. So I assume this is just me being stupid...

Sooo can somebody help me...

as i think you need to login to itunes from pc with same account you use on iPhone and accept new terms & condition if any.
