official MMS carrier ipcc in 3.0
is it possible for us to manually update the ipcc file to the new one without updating to 3.1? i dont want to lose tethering and im getting errors in the console when i try to update to the ipcc file i found floating around.

yeh i found the file, still gives me the same error
 are you sure it works in 3.0? Im comfortable going into the terminal or even editing a file manually through my iphone being mounted with afp if i can do it that way, i see the carrier bundle folder in /var/mobile/Library/ but which bundle do you edit? the one in the root? or the one in the Carrier Bundles/ folder?can this be moved to the iPhone 3g 3.0 section? i keep posting in the wrong section by accident.
