Problem: Some applications not showing on home screen

Hey everyone, got this strange problem happen to me today.

Earlier, I was updating some packages using Cydia, then I got a phone call which caused Cydia to crash, then the iPhone when loony, so I decided to restore it.

After restoring and jailbreaking, I cant see "Installer" on the home screen, tried "re-restoring" several times with no success. Finally I installed MobileFinder and browsed the phone, till I found that it IS there but not showing on home screen. Same was true for Apt-Backup, which was there but not showing on home screen. Any ideas?

Help will be greatly appreciated
