Is there any tutorial that would guide me to jailbreak my 02.11.07 (2.1 fw) to jailbreak and install 2.2 fw without upgrading my base band? I just want to be ready for dev team unlock which have to have a jailbroken phone.

Actually you`re wrong. He can upgrade to 2.2 and keep the baseband to 2.1 with a customized firmware and the new unlock will work.

@bin_asc,
funwithamar said "might" ... A lot of people upgrade to 2.2 blindly without using the proper technique. I think "funwithamar" just suggesting to be "safe". That's all.
