Default macbook air problem with teh power any help?

hello all i have macbook air :
Model Family: MacBook Air
Display/Size: 13.3"
Processor Type: 1.8GHz Core 2 Duo
Model Number: A1237
Color: Aluminum
Factory: China
Production Year: 2008
Production Week: 11 (March)
Production Number: 711
Processor Information

NOW THE PROBLEM ::::
IF I CHARGE MY BATTERY TILL 100% THEN I TURN OFF THE MAC , THE BATTERY ITS GO'S DOWND ALONE ( 20% EVERY 5 HOURS )AND IF I LEAVE THE MAC POWERD OFF WITHOUT CHARGER FOR 20 HOUR THE BATTERY WILL BE EMPTY ......
I CHANGE THE BATTERY IN APPLE SERVICE CENTRE . AND THEY TEST THE NEW BATTERY AND ITS OK ...
THE CHARGER IS ORIGINAL . I HAVE SNOW 10.6.1
Today i open my mac while its TURNED OFF and i touched all ic's and every thing on the pcb and i found one IC very hot when i disconnect the battery it go to normal temperature ....so my problem in this ic its conected to the fuz on the battery ... any help ???
what can i do ?
i can replace it but where i can find same one ???

ok well for the first part, losing 20% in 5 hours seems fine really, even if it is shut off, the battery will drain it has to keep the time etc etc, when you say that after it was shut off it was hot, are you sure the macbook is shut off and not asleep? also when you said you unplugged the battery and it cooled down what happens if you put the battery back in with the macbook off?

There's another internal battery that help keep time, etc. If you remove all external power sources including the removable battery the computer still keeps time; thus the clock doesn't drain that battery.

As for the drain, it's probably it's on "sleep mode" rather than "shut down"?
