I've been having problems burning CD's using iTunes. I've adjusted burn speeds, done pram resets and used a different brand of CD's and nothing has worked. 1 in about 10 will actually burn. I keep getting this error - "The attempt to burn a disc failed. The device failed to respond properly, unable to recover or retry."

I'm on a Macbook Pro running 10.5.8 and using iTunes 9.0.1(9)

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried burning using other applications, such as "Burn"? Do you get the same problem?
