My macbook doesn't load, it doesn't loan onto my desktop or workspace, There's the apple logo and the loading circle going around and around in circles. Can someone help me please?

put your installation disc of whichever os version you are using into your DVD drive, hold 'alt/option' whilst booting up, next select the install disc in the options menu that you are presented with then use disk utility to check your HDD, you probably just need to repair disk permissions, but you may need to repair the disc itself.
