I mean it's work in start up mode when I press and hold option key before Apple logo appear, and after start up and log in, it doesn't respond at all even using external mouse or keyboard USB and CapsLock green light not working!
I'm so disappointed
It should be a problem with your Mac OS X installation.

If you want to backup you can press "T" during startup, after which the Mac enters "Target Disk Mode"; then you should connect it with Firewire to another Mac to back it up/clone the hard drive.

How to use FireWire target disk mode

I do just as you told me about using disk utility, and I'm trying "Repair Disk Permissions" and "Repair Disk".
It's hard to tell you that, non of them fix the problem!
I'm so sorry for disturbing you

EDIT:
When "Repair Disk Permissions" was done, this warning show up in details box:
Warning: SUID file has been modified and will not be repaired.

Is this have any relation to my problem in a way or another? Or it's just normal thing?
Thank you again and again

Wikinerd..
It's MacBook 2.4 unibody, it doesn't have a FireWire!

Oh thanks God.. Yes, I'm so happy now
Finally.. It's work great now
After doing "Archive System" all the data saved in a separate file, then just install Mac OS X normaly without losing any data
That is so relaxing

I'd like to thank you all for helping me..
And I'm realy so sorry for disturbing you so many times..
I appreciate your kind help..
Thank you, and now I'm a happy guy
