Officially, Apple doesn't support tethering on the 2G, presumably because it's a 3G feature (if you tether an EDGE connection you couldn't receive phone calls while tethered).
I'm willing to accept that compromise. If all that enabling tethering on the 2G involves is patching a little hardware check routine, can the iPhonedev guys think about including something like this in the next iteration of PwnageTool? Anyone else? |

Hmm.... I did not know that Apple has disabled Tethering on iPhone 2Gs....
Apparently, I am trying to get it via Carrier Update Settings....
